Utopian Garden is an interactive and immersive experience that brings science and creativity together. It comes from the Berlin-based, world-famous design studio, Flora&faunavisions. The experience aims to help guests use their imagination to create a place of utopia and a place that stimulates health, happiness, and hope. Everyone is encouraged to play, dream, and let go. They were inspired by ideas from visionaries like Ada Lovelace, Carl Linnaeus, and Claude Monet. It was created in the same vein as other immersive exhibits like Imagine Van Gogh.
When you arrive, you’ll start building your journey following a guided storyline. You’ll interact with dynamic projections in gorgeous visual scenes that focus on art, science, and nature. One portion of the experience examines beauty and creativity and beauty using artificial intelligence (or AI) as a smart design for the future. You can move around the room and interact with the garden. Or you can even just sit comfortably on a bench and take everything in.
After the tour is over, you can further activate your imagination and understanding by participating in hands-on creative workshops right next to the exhibit. They have a lot of fun projects you can do and you can even engage with educators and other guests about their creations in the Utopian Garden.
One thing to note about this experience, though: it is a multisensory show and contains some heightened sound elements and flashing lights using video projection technology.
