You are invited to bring your family and friends for two days of celebrating fabulous barbecue! Surfside Beach is in the greater Myrtle Beach area. The Surfside Beach BBQ Festival is coming to Yaupon Parking Lot on March 8 and 9, 2025.
Festival Hours
- Friday, March 7 – 4 pm to 7 pm
- Saturday, March 8 – 10 am to 4 pm

The festival begins on Friday with Anything But BBQ! Admission is FREE and the festival is open to the public.
The barbecue pros that will be in Saturday’s BBQ competition will be cooking anything that isn’t barbecue. You should find some old Southern favorites and some dishes that will be new to you. Their creations will be available for purchase.
There will be a large vendor area with arts, crafts and merchandise. You’ll see some unique creations and browsing is always fun. And there will be activities for children.
Saturday’s festival is also FREE and open to the public. This is the day for the Barbecue Competition. The barbecue pros will be creating their most delicious dishes and will be battling it out for your vote. The wafting aromas will be fantastic!
Live Entertainment
You can enjoy more live entertainment on Saturday:
- 10 am to 1 pm – King Tide Band
- 1 pm to 4 pm – The Entertainers
