Under the guidance of an expert Sommelier, you will have the opportunity to taste and compare 5 distinct wines, including a sparkling wine, an unoaked white wine, an oaked white wine and three uniquely styled red wines. This will be a Sauvignon Blanc, a Riesling and a Rose Prosecco. The red wines will be a Merlot, a Pinot Noir and a Cabernet Sauvignon.
Refine your palate and discover what you truly enjoy in a wine. You’ll learn to identify different flavor profiles. The class will work on mastering the art of wine tasting. Learn to understand grape varietals. You’ll discover personal wine preferences. Acquire valuable insights that will deepen your appreciation of wine and wine’s role in enhancing meals.

The introductory class will be given year round on select Fridays at 7 pm and select Saturdays at 2 pm. It will last approximately 90 minutes and is located in Midtown, New York City.
