When September comes around, I’m often a bit torn about how to feel. On the one hand, I am super excited for the fall. And by the fall, I mean Halloween. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays.
But on the other hand, I know I’ll miss the summer. The summer has always been my favorite season. I love going to the beach over the summer.
So if only there were a way to combine my love of Halloween and going to the beach. Oh, wait, I know. Visiting Atlantis Bahamas Paradise Island at Halloween!
Unlike say a New England beach, you can enjoy the beach during October in the Bahamas.
And there are so many fun things to do at the Atlantis Resort in Nassau, Bahamas. It’s not just the beach. Some of these features include:

- Atlantis Marine Habitat, where you can see sharks, exotic fish, rays, and other sea creatures

But Atlantis Bahamas gets even better at Halloweentime if you can imagine that. And that is because of the great Halloween activities Atlantis has for families.
CRUSH Wicked Halloween Party
CRUSH is the teen club at Atlantis Bahamas, and they have a great Halloween party Saturday, October 26, 2024. Tweens can come party from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and teens can come from 9:30 PM to 12:00 AM. They’ll need to pack a Halloween costume (you can purchase one here) if they want to win the prize. But everyone who goes to the party can get chocolates and candies when they enter.
But that’s certainly not the only reason to visit. There will be so much going on at CRUSH like a Dance Club with a live DJ, a Gaming Stadium with private gaming cabanas, and more.
Auraween
Auraween is a Beetlejuice-themed Halloween party at Aura Nightclub. DJ Puddy will be playing some deadly tracks to keep you dancing and partying all night. This event takes place on Saturday, October 26, 2024.
Family Pumpkin Carving Competition
What’s Halloween without some pumpkin carving? There’s a pumpkin carving competition at the Royal Deck at Atlantis on Halloween, which is on Thursday, October 31, 2024.
Dinner & A Scary Movie
Another fun thing about Halloween is getting a little spooked. And at Atlantis Bahamas Paradise Island, kids can get spooked – but not too spooked! They have a scary movie (for kids!) at Dinner and a Scary Movie. This is for kids ages six to twelve years old. It takes place on Halloween on Saturday, October 26, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
And an added bonus of this? While they enjoy this, you can enjoy having fun on your own on Halloween night!
Monster Heist
Monster Heist a fun activity for children that takes place at Atlantis Kid Adventures on Halloween (Thursday, October 31st) from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Children will become detectives in helping to solve the mystery of the stolen trick-or-treat candies. This is for children ages three to twelve years old.
Monster Munch
This is a Halloween-inspired children’s culinary experience that takes place at Atlantis Kids Adventure on Halloween (Thursday, October 31st).
Here is the schedule:
- 10:30AM to 12:30PM: Ghoulish Cupcakes
- 1:30PM to 3:30PM: Spooky Sugar Cookies
- 4:30PM to 6:30PM: Spooky Mini Donuts
Painting In Paradise
Unleash your creativity this spooky season with a Halloween-themed painting session. It takes place at the Atlantis Library in The Coral from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. You are treated to light refreshments during your painting session.
