You don’t have to go to a galaxy far, far away to attend a Star Wars-themed WNBA game. You can actually stay in this universe. Specifically, you can attend a Connecticut Sun game at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. Because this year, the Connecticut Sun will be hosting the WNBA’s first-ever Star Wars Game!

This game takes place on Sunday, July 30, 2023. The Sun will be playing the Minnesota Lynx, who have been hot lately so it should be a good game. The game begins at 1:00 PM, so if you want to take your kids you won’t have to worry about it being past their bedtime.
But you’re going to want to get there earlier than 1:00 PM. That is because the first 2,500 fans will receive a Star Wars-themed Connecticut Sun T-Shirt!
