You and your family are invited to celebrate Easter at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. Join the Easter Bunny for an Easter Egg Hunt in the front lawn at 10 am and again at 12 pm.  This is complimentary for hotel guests and non-hotel guests with brunch reservations.  This will be followed by an Easter Brunch, beginning at 9:20 am until 2:30 pm.

Easter Brunch Menu

Appetizer:

  • Chilled Smoked Salmon
  • Potato Latkes
  • Cream Cheeses
  • House Made Pickles
  • Pastrami Spiced Salmon
  • Smoked Mackerel Seeded Wheat

Mains – Choice of:

  • Butter Poached Lobster Benedict with Roasted Tomato Hollandaise

  • Soft scrambled eggs with Emmental cheese, roasted mushrooms, and pickled onions

  • Lemon ricotta pancakes with orange marmalade

  • Caramelized brioche French toast with apple butter and caramelized apples

  • Short rib hash with oven-dried tomatoes, caramelized onions, romesco, and hollandaise

  • Fried chicken & waffles with bacon and cinnamon maple glaze

  • Roasted lamb chops with mustard cress and rosemary jus

  • Seared petit filet with cipollini onion and mushroom

Dessert Buffet:

  • Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée

  • Strawberry Cheesecake

  • Carrot Cake

  • Lemon Curd Fresh Fruit Tartlets

  • Lime Salted Caramel, Mango Passion Fruit, and Strawberry Truffles

Pricing is $125 per adult and $39 per child, ages 6 – 12.  Children five and under receive complimentary brunch.
