Looking for a new holiday tradition in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas? Well, Dallas area families for the past three years have been enjoying the holiday event at the Heritage Farmstead Museum in Plano, Texas. And now Heritage Farmstead Museum’s annual Lights on the Farm event is back for the fourth year!
About the Heritage Farmstead Museum
The Heritage Farmstead Museum is the perfect location for good, old-fashioned holiday fun. The Heritage Farmstead Museum is a nationally recognized and accredited living history museum that gives guests the opportunity to experience the rich history of the Texas Blackland Prairie region. Its immersive elements, restored grounds, and interactive exhibits make guests feel like they’ve gone back in time.
Christmas Festivities
But now it is a place you can also go to enjoy the holiday season. Over one million Christmas lights and festive holiday music really set the scene at this seasonal event. You can stroll through the grounds and take a great holiday photo of your family. You can also meet Santa Claus!
